GENERAL INFO

✗ You are only purchasing the digital file, not the printed art.
✗ Please keep contact between paying and receiving the art.
✗ I won't start your commission until you send the payment.
✗ I have the right to decline your order if I'm uncomfortable with it.
✗ Be patient. Please consider that it might take a month to finish a commission, it depends on my mood / motivation. This time is needed for me to make sure that you get the best quality I can provide.Maximum waiting time: 2 months.

What I will NOT draw:

✗ NSFW
✗ Too much gore / violence
✗ Detailed backgrounds (e.g. landscapes) / only backgrounds
(interior backgrounds behind characters are okay)
✗ Heavy armor
✗ Extremely muscular characters
✗ Hateful or discriminatory content towards a specific person, group or religion
✗ Portraits or depictions of real children
✗ NSFW featuring real, canonical or apparent minors
✗ Realistic animals/humans
✗ Anthros / furries (features like kemonomimi are okay)

Payment method (for non commercial)

✗ Please check my instagram post which includes the amount you have to pay (I usually open my commissions in an Instagram post)
✗ If you want other thing than my post (for example there is no full body option but you want one) please dm me and we can talk about it!
✗ You have to options to pay:
1. If you trust me you send me the full price before everything
2. If you don't want to pay before anything you have to pay the half of the price before sketch, and after the full price. (Don't worry, this is fine too!)
✗ After all the commissioners paid the post will be archived that's why it might be important for you to screenshot it
✗ If payment is not received in 48 hours after I've placed the invoice, you will lose your slot if there is any other people.
✗ If you have to pay for any extras, first of all I will send you a dm about it.
✗ After you pay I can't pay you back the full price! I can pay you back an amount but it's only if you paid full price before:
-After sketch: 60%
-After Lineart and base color: 40%
-After started coloring: No payback

Working method

✗ If I finish the sketch, I will send it to you. If you find any mistakes in it, or want to change something, please tell me. Don't be afraid of speaking up, after all it's your satisfaction you're paying for! During this stage you don't have to pay for any changes. After this you will have to pay for every major change you want. The price depends on the actual stage of the artwork (lineart, coloring, final touches, effects), and the size of the change. Color changes are free.
✗ You will get another WiP with the lineart and the base colors, where you can tell me if you want to change something about the colors. After that if you approve your changes I'll start the shading.
✗ You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like.
✗ I will send you the full resolution picture to your email once the art is finished, but my signature will remain on it. (of course it depends on artwork, example If you order a png you will get a png but I'll ask for credit!)

Copyright Laws

As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork
✗ I will ask if I want to upload the comission to any social media platforms.
✗ Use it for any commercial purpose.
✗If you want to use my art (IF IT'S YOUR COMISSION) for logo, game, etc. you have to ask me about this before.As a commissioner you may:
✗ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to any of my social medias or website
(with non profit purposes).
✗ Print the art and make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
✗ Use it as decoration for your accountsAs a commissioner you are NOT ALLOWED to:
✗ Remove my signature/watermark and claim it to be your art.
✗ Use my art for commercial purposes without my permission.
✗ Change, modify or trace my works and upload them online without my permission.The rights to the drawings belong to me in all cases. You can use them but write my name there as a creator.
